CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit & Cancellation Policy To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required, which will be applied toward the final cost of your service. We value your time and ours, so we kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for any rescheduling. Late Cancellations/No-Shows: If you miss your appointment or fail to reschedule within the 72-hour window, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Small Sessions: For appointments valued at $300 or less, the full service price may be charged in the event of a no-show.
