CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Deposit Requirement & Financial Commitment To formally secure any scheduled appointment, a mandatory, non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit serves as a reservation fee to guarantee the service provider's availability and will be credited toward the final balance of the scheduled service upon completion. 2. Rescheduling Protocols We operate on a strict scheduling timeline. Clients requesting to modify or reschedule an existing appointment must provide a minimum of seventy-two (72) hours' notice prior to the designated start time. Failure to provide timely notice impairs our ability to fill the vacancy and will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. 3. Late Cancellations & Non-Appearance (No-Show) Penalties Standard Policy: Any cancellation, modification, or failure to appear within the restricted 72-hour pre-appointment window will incur a liquidation fee equivalent to 50% of the total scheduled service price. Small Sessions ($300 or less): For appointments with an aggregate value of $300.00 or less, non-appearance or late cancellation will result in a charge of 100% of the total service price, plus an automated 20% gratuity based on the original service value.
